Global Fleet brings your drivers a simple mobile application that integrates with your online software solution allowing you to manage both vehicle and driver data.
Drivers can use the mobile app to send updates to the head office such as:
• Location Check Points – your drivers can report their current location along with a message and image. The details can then be viewed on the map within our cloud-based software.
• Vehicle Maintenance Checks – Ensure that your drivers complete a daily vehicle maintenance check through the app, this alerts the head office, so they are aware of any minor issues with the vehicle before they turn into hefty maintenance costs.
• Fuel Purchases – Digitise your fuel purchases! Your drivers can submit a photo of their fuel receipts on the go, allowing you to run reports to see the fuel purchase of your entire fleet.
• Accident Reports and Breakdown Notifications – Drivers can provide the head office with real-time information on accidents and breakdowns. The driver will be taken through the process to ensure every bit of data required is collected, including being able to add a photo and a voice recording of their version of the events.
• Mileage & Odometer Readings - Understand the number of miles your drivers within your fleet have travelled, the driver simply goes in and enters their current odometer reading alongside an image.
• Field Expenses Claims - Your drivers are able to submit their expenses remotely along with images of the receipts, all digitally! The head office is able to run a report on the claims made so you can approve or reject the claim with ease.
Utilising the Online Software allows the head office to manage key tasks such as:
• Through the use of the Online Software, you are able to view driver’s submissions within the detailed map view. You can filter the app submission based on; driver, vehicle, date, and type to get a better understanding of all field-based app activity. Receive notifications on either specific or all of your drivers.
• Receive reminders on when your driver’s MOT and Service dates are coming up, their Breakdown Cover information, their Insurance information, and more. Plus, you can set other custom reminders based on other key dates.
• When you add a vehicle to Global Fleet, it will be instantly linked to the DVLA database allowing you to collect each vehicle’s V5 document.
• Keep on top of the P11D tax returns with easy-to-use driver/vehicle assignment history.
• Each vehicle can have vehicle files and documents attached so you can retrieve key documents on demand.
